Because of the mask, we never knew if he enjoyed the show. He didn't want to sit at a table and always complained about the cold so we sat him near the heater. Later, after the show, he was asking my thoughts on his proposal to make acting classes free in the United States.

A PROPOSAL FOR ANY DELIVERY/TAKEOUT RESTAURANT

 

Hi:

Hope all is well and we want to propose and/or offer this to you while and if you are still in delivery/takeout mode.

We’ve been doing online virtual shows (check out link at our website) and you can offer an online show to your customers: promote it for a Friday and/or Saturday, it’s a fixed dinner, and you add on a small fee and limit it to 30 people per show. When they pick-up the food, you insert a piece of paper which gives them the online link and their role as detective or guest suspect. So, when they get home, they hit the link and it’s a half hour show – we will send out prizes to the winner.

It will help not only us but keep your venue in the public eye and the costs can be minimal.

THE CAST OF "THE FBI VAULT" - JON AVNER

Portraying "Agent Michael Dorsey" is Jon Avner. Jon is one of the leading actors in interactive audience participation shows performing regularly with THE KILLING KOMPANY COMEDY MURDER DINNER SHOWS. A member of The Actors Studio, he has appeared in many films (HBO's QUALITY OF MERCY co-starring Mary-Louise Parker, Showtime's DIRT, Sundance's GIRL IN THE WATERMELON, QUEENIE IN LOVE, etc.), television shows (GUIDING LIGHT, AS THE WORLD TURNS, FTL NEWSFEED, USA UP ALL NIGHT WITH RHONDA SHEAR, etc.), in theater regionally and Off-Broadway (AMADEUS, ALL MY SONS, THAT CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON, I HATE HAMLET), commercials, radio and print and in video games such as General Di Ravello in JUST CAUSE 3 and most recently in animes as Gin in TOKYO GODFATHERS (although mostly known as the voice of Void in BERSERK). As an award winning writer, Jon is a member of The Dramatists Guild and his works have been presented at theatres all over, as well as the hundreds of comedy dinner shows and game shows he has written and starred in around the country.

NEW VIRTUAL MURDER MYSTERY CONTEST NOW SHOWING

January 2, 2021. The Killing Kompany®, New York's leading mystery dinner theater group, is currently running their latest free virtual murder mystery show and contest, “The FBI Vault”. 

The event runs 10 minutes, and the cast, which includes new actors from around the country, includes one victim, three FBI agents and four suspects. The contest ends February 1, and on that date, at 8pm, the conclusion will be broadcast and the winner announced: the first audience member who can solve the murder wins $100 and other prizes. You must enter the contest to see the conclusion and the entry form and the show are available on Facebook at www.facebook.com/groups/killingkompany.  

Since 1993, The Killing Kompany® have been performing comedy murder mystery shows everywhere; but until pandemic restrictions are removed, they have developed a mixture of live and virtual murder mystery shows which can be customized and performed for public and private events and comply with current Covid guidelines. Other virtual shows include “What’s My Crime”, a game show where prizes are awarded to the first person who can guess the identity and crimes of a famous mystery criminal, as well as “Murder Is In The Air”, a 1940’s film noir tribute and "The Sarge”, a 1970’s police show comedy tribute.
