REMEMBERING RICCARDO'S

Last year, on February 15, was our last show at Riccardo's By The Bridge, where we had performed since the 1990's. The show was on Saturday February 15 at 8:00pm, A VALENTINE MURDER! It was $50 per person for a 5 course dinner and the show and the dancing, etc. It was sold out with over 130 people attended. And it was premised upon a Valentine Day dinner by Dating Apps recruiters promoting their apps "Goldiggers", "Macho Men" and "Desperate Women". Starring was Crystin Gilmore, Darin Chumble, Rori Nogee and Jon Avner

Last summer, after close to 70 years of business and four generations of family ownership, Riccardo’s By the Bridge permanently closed “solely due to the various impacts of the COVID pandemic,” according to current owner Anthony Corbisiero, the grandson of founder Richard Corbisiero.

CAN WE ENTERTAIN AT WEDDINGS? WE'RE READY!

 

Of course, we have pre-Covid. 

Last week, Governor Cuomo announced that marriage receptions will be able to resume in accordance with state guidance on March 15. Events must be approved by the local health department. There will be a 50 percent capacity limit and no more than 150 people can attend the event. All patrons must be tested prior to the event. 

Hopefully, some guidelines are established soon but we have created a Covid safe show and are ready to go.

FREE VIRTUAL MURDER MYSTERY CONTEST NOW EXTENDED TO MARCH 15

February 1, 2021. The Killing Kompany®, New York's leading comedy murder mystery dinner theater group, is extending their latest free virtual murder mystery show and contest, “The FBI Vault”, to March 15.

It’s a free show and contest. First, you view the murder mystery show which runs 10 minutes, and the cast, which includes new actors from around the country, includes one victim, three FBI agents and four suspects. You then enter the contest to try and solve the mystery. The contest ends March 15 at 8pm when the conclusion will be broadcast and the winner announced: the first audience member who can solve the murder wins $100 and other prizes. The show and the entry form are available on Facebook at www.facebook.com/groups/killingkompany. 

Since 1993, The Killing Kompany® has been performing comedy murder mystery shows everywhere; but until pandemic restrictions are removed, they have developed a mixture of live and virtual murder mystery shows which can be customized and performed for public and private events and comply with current Covid guidelines. Other virtual shows include “What’s My Crime”, a game show where prizes are awarded to the first person who can guess the identity and crimes of a famous mystery criminal, as well as “Murder Is In The Air”, a 1940’s film noir tribute and "The Sarge”, a 1970’s police show comedy tribute.
