CHILD CARE RESOURCES OF ROCKLAND HOSTS
COMEDY MYSTERY DINNER SHOW
May 15, 2013. Child Care Resources of Rockland will be
presenting their second fundraising comedy murder mystery dinner show MURDER AT
THE LUAU on Thursday June 20, 2013 at Nyack Seaport,
21 Burd Street, in Nyack. The event starts at 7pm and is being performed
by The Killing Kompany, New York’s leading comedy mystery dinner theatre group.
It’s hulas,
homicide and Hawaii 5-0 together for a night of comedy, dinner, beer, wine,
soda, dancing and mystery! Raffles too (50/50 guarantee of $500) and all
proceeds go to benefit Child Care Resources of Rockland! Find out who and why while you enjoy the world of
interactive audience participation dinner theatre, where professional actors
are seated among you and at any time you may be made part of the show. That’s right! You don’t have to know any
lines or do anything other than just being yourself and have fun but watch out:
“evidence” may be created in which you are made a suspect. And for only $60 per person, you’ll not only
get to dine, drink and dance but you get a mystery show where you can solve the
murder and match wits with the detective. Of course, prizes will be awarded to
the winners.
THE KILLING KOMPANY is now in
its 19th year, has performed a brand new show each time all over the country,
at casinos, restaurants, hotels, for the public and major corporations and
charity benefits. As actors, they have appeared on Broadway and on stages all
over the country, in your favorite films and TV shows, on radio and in print.
So the person sitting next to you just may be that face you saw on TV, on stage
or the big screen!
