At you table for our next show, Saturday August 16 at 7:00pm, MURDER AT THE SUMMER BALL!, a comedy murder mystery dinner show at THE VIEWS AT MT. FUJI, Route 17, Hillburn, NY ($65 pp includes complimentary drink and continental food served) (845) 357-5501, you receive the following safety message:

"Hello! We want you to have fun but there are some rules and guidelines! RULE 1: Tonight you may be one of our guest suspects (it’s easy: you don’t have to learn lines or anything - just be yourself – but we can’t pick everyone). IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE, LET THE “POLICE” KNOW IMMEDIATELY!  RULE 2: THERE WILL BE ACTION SCENES AND INTERACTIVE EVENTS HAPPENING AND YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTION SCENES (don’t touch, grab or otherwise interfere with any of the actors, props, waitstaff or other audience members)! RULE 3: STAGE PROP GUNS WILL BE USED IN THIS PERFORMANCE WHICH MEANS THERE MIGHT BE LOUD GUN SHOTS AND SOMETIMES THESE GUNS CAN EMIT SPARKS (hold your ears, be careful and stay away from them)! RULE 4: For safety and stage reasons, we halt food and drink service during certain scenes (it won’t be long so thanks for your patience).   RULE 5: BECAUSE SOME OF THE ACTION SCENES AND INTERACTIVE EVENTS HAPPEN RIGHT NEXT TO YOU, THERE ARE SOME RISKS YOU ASSUME WHEN YOU ATTEND THESE SHOWS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ASSUMING THESE RISKS, LET THE “POLICE” KNOW IMMEDIATELY!  RULE 6: The show is being brought to you by the organization, restaurant or individual sponsoring this event. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OR CONCERN, LET THE “POLICE” KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND THEY WILL SPEAK TO THE HOST. No photographs, video or audio taping without our consent.  RULE 8: We perform a new show each time so our format can be different than those performed by other mystery dinner companies. Also, the actors are portraying characters involved in a murder mystery – please bear that in mind when you interact with them - there is adult content and adult situations although there is no obscenity or nudity.
