Babakayode Ipaye was a member of the Texas Boys Choir and origional student at the Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts. From there he matriculated into the theatre department at Texas Christian University, where he received a BFA in theatre performance. During his time at TCU he began his professional career in South Pacific with Casa Manana at Bass Hall. He joined the Actors Equity Assn in 2010 while performing in Peter Pan at Casa Manana. Over his career he has been a resident company member at the Know Theatre of Cincinatti, learned to ride a horse while performeing in Texas The Musical, in the Palo Duro Canyon, and spread math humor in the 1st national tour of Calculus:The Musical.
