JUST WANTED TO BE FIRST WITH THIS JOKE...
OK so I just read Kayley Finley, 27, of South Carolina was arrested and spent the night in jail on a misdemeanor charge of failure to return a rented video cassette...the judge later raised the charge to a felony when it was discovered she also failed to rewind the tape.
